Job Specification

  •  Minimum plus two in Management
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle stressful situations with calmness
  •  Problem solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  •  Previous customer service experience preferred
  •  Basic knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
