Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s running or completed in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, sales, and business development.
- Prompt/ Professional response for social media inquiries.
- Excellent communication skills with business acumen.
- Flexible & ability to work in off hours.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Computer skills.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
