- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stay updated on Cream Bell's product offerings, promotions, and any changes in the product line.
- Address and resolve customer issues, complaints, or escalations in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Promote new flavors, products, or promotional items to increase sales.
- Implement strategies to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and order information in the company database.
