Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a rapidly growing Australian Captive Unit in Sanepa, Kathmandu. If you have a natural flair for speaking, excellent (English) communication skills, computer literate (Computer Usage, web-based applications, MSOffice) the ability to think quickly and make smart decisions on the go and contribute towards smarter energy for the environment then join us for an exciting career journey.

  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. 
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. 
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. 
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas. 
  • Handle customer complaints, when necessary, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure resolution. 
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. 
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. 
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
