Job Description

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Must have a 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications and customer service software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Empathetic and customer-focused attitude.
