- Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide information about products/services and address customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Location: Lalitpur, Parsa, Chitwan, Pokhara
Duty Time: 5:30AM to 1:30 PM Melbourne time, 12am(midnight) to 7am morning Nepal time.
