Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key customers, including wholesalers, retailers, and distributors, to expand market reach and increase sales revenue.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure they are aligned with company objectives and targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop effective sales campaigns and promotions to drive product awareness and demand.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales volume, pricing, and profitability, to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management review.
