Must have previous or current experience with the following:
- Good knowledge on Australian lender policies and mortgage industry.
- Excellent knowledge using CRM to enter the loan and client details.
- Ability to carry out the servicing to calculate maximum borrowing capacity and explore suitable lender options.
- Strong ability to read income documents.
- Excellent email and verbal communication
- Prepare the funding position, determining purchase price, repayments, and lender options.
- Carry out pricing, and valuations, generate property reports, and suburb reports and Equifax reports.
- Package the application, prepare compliance, master notes, and finalise documents for submission based on proposed loans.
- Ability to read and review payslips, bank statements, income documents, etc.
- Data entry into CRM and lender portal via Apply Online and Loan App
- Make regular follow up with the clients once the proposals have been sent.
- Lodging new applications with the lenders and following through to approval & settlement
- Communication with clients keeping them updated with progress.
- Handle both credit and non-credit related MIRs and action accordingly.
- Prepare discharges, FHLDS forms, first home buyer forms, deposit bonds, etc., depending on applications.
- Check for new offset/transaction accounts, direct debit set up and shortfall/surplus funds to ensure smooth settlement.
- Booking and organising settlements with the clients, solicitors, and lenders
- Ensuring all settled files are compliant.
- Keeping application tracker within the CRM updated along with the excel sheets for the file updates,
- Supporting broker to achieve settlement targets.

- Do re-pricing for the clients when rate rises for the lenders post settlement.
