Job Description

• Provide guidance and support to students in their educational and career endeavors.
• Assist students in understanding different educational programs, courses, and career options.
• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to help students identify their strengths, interests, and goals.
• Offer information about admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, and application procedures.
• Stay updated on the latest educational trends and career developments.
• Collaborate with educational institutions and employers to foster partnerships and opportunities for students.
• Assist the Counselor or Team Leader with applications, documentation.
• Co-ordinate with the students for facilitating documentation and visa application.
• Check the documents in detail for accuracy and authenticity.
• Be responsible for proper storage of the documents, cataloging and retrieving as required.
• Be responsible for the document’s security, for assigning access and for removing and destroying obsolete documents.
• Co-ordinate with Counselor or Team Leader regarding the processing and counselling guidance.
