Tentative duration: The consultancy is for 25 working days spanning from February 5, 2024, to June 30, 2024.
Educational qualifications and experiences: Educational Qualifications: Advanced degree in assistive technology, Master of Science program in prosthetics and orthotics, medical or rehabilitation science or engineering, public health, or any related field.
Experience: Over 10 years’ professional experience in the field of rehabilitation and AT along with policy design, standard formulation, product development and research. Previous working experience with government agencies, WHO, other international organizations, and/or major institutions in the field of assistive technology, disability & rehabilitation, aging, or related topics.
Skills
- Expert knowledge in AT, including people, policy, products, personnel, and provision.
- Expert knowledge in evidence-based research.
- Ability to develop well-structured report/document in both Nepali and English.
Languages required: Expert knowledge of English and Nepali.
