Qualifications/Skills: At least Master degree in Management, Social Development or related field from reputed university. Proven experience in product design, operation management, & finance with minimum of 3 years of experience. Effective communication and interpersonal skill.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain open channels of communication with all project stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, risks, and issues, using appropriat mediums such as emails, reports, presentations, or meetings.
  • Analyze budget constraints and risks, and propose strategies to optimize resource allocation and control costs.
  • Prepare budget reports and forecasts to monitor expenditure against planned targets.
  • Facilitate meetings effectively, ensuring active participation, agenda adherence, and timely decision-making.
  • Ensure meeting logistics are arranged, including room booking, equipment setup, and catering if necessary.
