Job Description

• Develop and implement the commercial strategy, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Lead the negotiation of contracts with clients and suppliers, securing the best possible terms for the company.
• Manage the commercial team, providing coaching and ensuring they deliver excellent results.
• Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the curve and identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on commercial performance to senior management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a commercial management role.
• Proven track record of success in driving business growth and profitability.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient -in Microsoft Office Suite and commercial management software.
