Job Description:

  • Handling customer problems related to the product
  • Handling sales inquiries
  • Replying the customer queries on different platforms of the company
  • Providing administrative support
  • Ensuring that program activities are well-organized and executed
  • Assists in preparing program reports
  • Taking feedback from customers regarding the product as well as regarding their experience with the organization
  • Establish and maintain contacts with program-related clients, and assist with preparing client comparison overviews, and maintaining service agreements.
