Job Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing prompt and professional service
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, escalating issues when necessary
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to clients
  • Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developing a deep understanding of their needs
  • Keep abreast of industry news and developments to proactively address any potential impact on clients
  • Prepare reports and presentations for clients as needed
  • Manage client data and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve client issues and ensure smooth delivery of services
  • Assist with the development and implementation of new processes and procedures.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in business, finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in customer service or sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and goals
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
