Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and requirements.
- Provide timely and effective communication with clients.
System Support:
- Provide technical support for software products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address and solve system-related problems.
Sales Support:
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements.
- Assist in the pre-sales process by providing technical information and support.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Training and Documentation:
- Train clients on the use of software products.
- Create and update documentation for system support and training purposes.
Problem Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve client complaints or concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve issues.
