Required Professional Experience
- Experience of leading large and diverse teams
- Experience in leading and managing large grants in a complex environment.
- Experience as a CoP/PD require
- Experience managing sub grants and contracts under grants for complex projects.
Required Education, training, license, registration and certification
- Advanced university degree in child protection, human trafficking, public administration, international development, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experiences preferred in project management of USG grant, cooperative agreement, and/or child protection projects including activities coordination and implementation
- Strong knowledge and technical expertise in child protection sector
- Strong understanding of anti-trafficking programming and local context and USG assistance programs, their history, and their development
- Experience building relationships and working with local authorities, national ministries, host country professionals, and donor colleagues in country
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (local language is preferred)
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
- Experience in managing inter-agency consortiums is preferred
- Willingness to work at remote field project sites with additional travel in/outside country as required.

- The position requires ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 5% of the time.
- The position will work at WVI Nepal National Office.
