Qualification/ Requirement for CEO:

• Master’s degree in Management or Business Administration having experience of at least 5 years in the financial and cooperative sector or bachelor’s in the same field with 10 years’ experience.
• Adequate computer literate and fluency in English language.
• Familiar and In-depth knowledge of Co-operative Sector Management.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Having knowledge of working in the field of loan recovery shall be in priority.
• Having 2/4-wheeler valid driving license.
