Qualifications / Skills:
An MBA or similar filed along with extensive experience working in CFO or FD/Head of Finance role in real estate industry. Proven leadership and management experience is essential. A CFO must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the executive presence to work with senior management, investors and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the organization’s overall goals and objectives. This includes financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial metrics. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Identify and assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. This may involve monitoring market trends, assessing investment opportunities, and implementing risk management procedures and policies.
• Manage the organization’s capital structure, including equity, debt, and financing activities. Evaluate and recommend appropriate funding sources, negotiate financing terms, and oversee capital allocation and investment decisions.
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals. Set performance goals, provide guidance, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
