Job Description

• Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Accurately process customer transactions using cash registers or electronic systems.
• Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment securely.
• Calculate and provide correct change to customers.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide information on promotions or discounts.
• Resolve customer issues or direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Ensure the accuracy of transaction amounts and provide receipts to customers.
• Double-check prices and ensure proper coding of items.
• Safely handle and reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Report any discrepancies or issues with cash handling to the supervisor.
• Keep the cashier station clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Ensure the security of cash and payment processing equipment.

Duty Hour: 10 hours

Note: Candidates may need to work for up to 12 hours on Friday or major events day.
