Requirements:

• Master’s degree in social science or related field with three to five years of relevant work experience in the development sector or bachelor’s degree with five to seven years of experience in the related field with emphasis on capacity strengthening and organizational development support to non-government organizations (NGOs). Familiarity with PEPFAR and USAID funding will be an added value.
• Skills and experience in program management, organizational development, project cycle management, organizational assessments, strategic planning, training, facilitation, and NGO capacity strengthening.
• Experience in planning, coordination, communication, and collaboration with multiple teams, scheduling, and executing office and program-related activities and events.
• Experience in working effectively across various teams within the project and organization and building and sustaining positive working relationships with non-government organizations, private sectors, government, and other stakeholders.
• Proactive in managing multiple tasks, managing, and working in the virtual work environment, and flexible and open to managing time for working with different teams in different time zones as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, team building and management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written English and Nepali including documentation skills.
