Job Description:
- Answering, Screening and forwarding incoming and outgoing phone calls and chat requests from prospective and existing customers in a timely manner.
- Receiving visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately and provide reliable and accurate information about the company and products and services offers.
- Record keeping of visitors and guest and notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Client timeline preparation and follows up and preparations of follows up reports.
- Maintains security and telecommunications system and Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries
- Maintains security by following procedure, monitoring logbook and issuing visitor badges.
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stationary item.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochure.)
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
- Manage time schedule with clines for maintenances and measurements.
- Assist clients with technical issues and escalate to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Engage customers in friendly conversation to identify specific business needs and recommend the best solutions.
- Recognize and pursue opportunities to cross-sell and/or to promote value added products and services.
- Assume ownership of any issues identified during client interaction all the way to resolution.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of all communications with customers using proper client management software.
- Communicate opportunities and issues with sales team and project coordinators.
- Other day to day work as assigned by seniors.
