Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients.
  • Provide information about fertility treatments, services, and appointment scheduling processes.
  • Assist patients in scheduling appointments, coordinating follow-up care, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all call interactions and follow-up activities.
  • Escalate complex issues or complaints to appropriate staff members for resolution.
  • Adhere to established call center metrics and quality standards for customer service excellence.
 

Job Specification

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and call center software for data entry and tracking.
