- Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all call interactions and follow-up activities.
- Escalate complex issues or complaints to appropriate staff members for resolution.
- Adhere to established call center metrics and quality standards for customer service excellence.
Job Specification
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Proficiency in computer applications and call center software for data entry and tracking.
