Job Description:

• Prepare Sales and marketing policy, strategies, and plan
• To market products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns
• Accomplishes marketing and sales staff objectives by training, and coaching employees
• Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions
• Confident to achieves sales targets and operational objectives
• Prepares and completes marketing action plan
• Prepare proposal/presentation and pitch to clients
• Innovative, creative, and new idea generator for the media and television market/industry
• Lead the advertising and media marketing team
