Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Present our products/services to prospective clients, effectively communicate value propositions, and negotiate terms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records using CRM software.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
