Responsibilities: 

  • Assist on Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand  awareness, drive traffic to our website & implement innovative ideas to improve our digital  presence. 
  • Manage and maintain our social media pages, including content creation, scheduling, and  engagement with followers. 
  • Create compelling and informative content for various digital platforms, such as blog posts,  articles, social media posts, and email campaigns. 
  • Engage with leads and prospects through personalized communication, follow-ups, and  persuasive sales pitches to convert them into paying customers. 
  • Provide comprehensive product information and demonstrations to potential customers,  addressing their inquiries, concerns, and objections. 
  • Continuously monitor and analyze sales data and key performance indicators and submit  revenue report on regular basis. 
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving  issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. 
  • Utilize customer feedback and data insights to identify areas for improvement in customer  service and implement appropriate strategies. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and content, to ensure  consistent messaging and brand voice across all digital channels. 
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to network and expand your knowledge  base.
