- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential target markets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective business development strategies and initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company's services.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients and partners.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business partnerships and collaborations.
- Monitor and analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify emerging opportunities or threats.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on business development activities, progress, and results.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop effective marketing strategies to support business growth.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends relevant to the group's businesses.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all business development activities.

Job Specification:
