Job Description:

  • Driving Fundamentals & Coverage.
  • Implementation of New Ideas & Process for Business growth (ROSIA/DBS).
  • Strategy & direction towards ensuring benchmark process compliance in Distribution.
  • Monthly Sales Planning & Budget Allocation.
  • Liasoning with Principal team for Schemes and Promotions and thereby Rolling out the same downwards.
  • Analyzing D&E at Sub d level and planning different measures to reduce the same thereby reducing Overall %age.
  • Implementation of Sales Incentive/PLIP etc. for Sales Team and Channel Partners.
  • Driving Sales Team and Sub d in keeping proper Investment and Infrastructure as per SOP which is require for Business growth and in return ensuring a Healthy ROI.
  • Training & Development of Sales Team basis Capability gap & thereby building up Efficiency in them.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Min 7 years’ of experience in FMCG / Consumer Durable Sales in the role of Area Sales Manager and above
  • Minimum Academic Qualification MBA/MBS.
  • Experience in working with a sales force automation (SFA) platform.
  • Exceptional knowledge and skill in MS Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience in handling a larger frontline sales force inclusive of channel partners’ manpower in day-to-day operations.
  • Experience in handling projects
  • Proficient in English and Nepali language in all form of communication.
