Job Description:
- Driving Fundamentals & Coverage.
- Implementation of New Ideas & Process for Business growth (ROSIA/DBS).
- Strategy & direction towards ensuring benchmark process compliance in Distribution.
- Monthly Sales Planning & Budget Allocation.
- Liasoning with Principal team for Schemes and Promotions and thereby Rolling out the same downwards.
- Analyzing D&E at Sub d level and planning different measures to reduce the same thereby reducing Overall %age.
- Implementation of Sales Incentive/PLIP etc. for Sales Team and Channel Partners.
- Driving Sales Team and Sub d in keeping proper Investment and Infrastructure as per SOP which is require for Business growth and in return ensuring a Healthy ROI.
- Training & Development of Sales Team basis Capability gap & thereby building up Efficiency in them.
Job Requirements:
- Min 7 years’ of experience in FMCG / Consumer Durable Sales in the role of Area Sales Manager and above
- Minimum Academic Qualification MBA/MBS.
- Experience in working with a sales force automation (SFA) platform.
- Exceptional knowledge and skill in MS Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience in handling a larger frontline sales force inclusive of channel partners’ manpower in day-to-day operations.
- Experience in handling projects
- Proficient in English and Nepali language in all form of communication.
