Job Description:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including market analysis and competitor research.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, including identifying new markets and sales channels.
- Prepare and present proposals, sales presentations, and contracts to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring that the company’s interests are protected.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teas, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, and provide regular reports on business performance.
Qualification:
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in business development or a related field.
Requirement/Skills:
- Proven track record successfully identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to secure deals and protect the company’s interests.
- Good understanding of sales and marketing principles, with experience in creating and delivering sales presentations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of motivation and drive.
