- Comfortable with selling training products and services over the telephone and client visits.
- Travel to various places in Nepal for training needs assessment.
- Identify training needs, evaluate training initiatives, and maintain training records.
- Converting leads to business.
- Develop proposals for training programs.
- Send proposals for any training requirements and follow up in a timely manner.
- Organize Training events.
- Liaise with the marketing department to promote training products from various digital channels.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by the line manager.
Other Specifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Management.
- 2 years of selling experience.
- Is highly motivated and has an interest in sales and marketing.
- Go-getter and positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Two-wheeler driving license.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
