• Bachelor’s degree in management or related fields
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in management and/or marketing field
• Independent worker with the ability to work in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong business acumen and a good understanding of market principles
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with employees at all levels
• Creativity in designing promotional strategies
• Good knowledge of Canva or any other designing tools
• Private Vehicle (preferred).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential new business opportunities, including growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services. 
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers and customers 
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with the senior management team to develop marketing materials and promotional activities
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales strategies
• Develop and maintain sales pipeline and forecasting reports to ensure sales targets are achieved
• Prepare and present business and marketing proposals to senior management and stakeholders
• Monitor and report on business operations, sales trends, competitor activity and customer feedback.
