• Conceptualize and plan video content that aligns with the brand's aesthetics.
• Coordinate with team for shooting, lighting, sound recording, and directing talent or models.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor content to ensure our videos are innovative and competitive.
• Highlight our fashion products in an artistic and appealing manner.
• Showcase products through unboxing, styling demonstrations, and close-up shots.
• Identify potential collaborations with influencers, models, and other brands to enhance video content and expand reach.
• Engage with viewers through comments and messages.
• Monitor video performance metrics, analyzing engagement rates, view counts, and audience demographics to refine content strategy.
• Ensure all necessary equipment is in working order for shoots, including cameras and lighting.
• Oversee set design and arrangement to create visually appealing backgrounds.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
• Proficient in video editing apps/ software and content creation, preferably within the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry and familiarity with graphic design tools.
• Must have 2 years of experience in a fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry
• Strong understanding of current fashion trends, visual aesthetics, and social media platforms.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills, both visual and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively, take creative direction, and adapt to changing project needs.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality content.
