• Develop and implement a sales plan to meet monthly targets.
• Ensure timely response to new service installations and troubleshoot requests.
• Meet operations and logistics targets to ensure uninterrupted delivery of field services.
• Provide prompt response and effective customer service to branch customers, both in the field and at the office.
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
