Branch Head (Equivalent to Junior Officer)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Master Degree or equivalent to Master Degree in Insurance, Management, Finance, Account, Economics. Business Studies, Law, Mathematics, Statistics or Chartered Accountancy.
• Minimum 5 years work experience in marketing in banking or Insurance sector.
• Age not exceeding 30 years.
• Proficient in computer knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills.

Job Description:

• Building and executing a plan for achievement of sales target
• Enrollment of capable and excellent insurance agents, train and motivate them periodically
• Leading, developing and mobilizing entire sales team towards the achievement of sales target of the branch
• Focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction by eliminating rocedural hassles.
• Any other matter as required by the Company.
