Job Responsibilities:

• To review and monitor all cash and bank transactions on regular basis.
• Daily checking of all accounting vouchers, ledgers, sub ledgers, cost centers to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the accounting entry.
• Coordination with banks, financial institutions, and other external partners to negotiate favorable terms for banking services and credit lines.
• Coordination with banks and financial institution for LC opening, DD/TT payments etc.
• To ensure monthly/quarterly provision of bank interest, commission, and other charges.
• To reconcile bank receipt or cash receipt on daily basis with the bank statements.
• To ensure proper documentation and records of all the documents related to banking transactions.
• Preparation of daily collection report, co-ordination and follow-up with sales team for collection.
• Reporting of daily fund status and fund planning.
• Preparation of cash flow projections for weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
• Preparation of cash flow statement and liability report on weekly basis.
• Monthly bank reconciliation statement and timely resolution of unreconciled items.
• Wallet reconciliation on weekly basis and timely resolution of unreconciled items.
• Monthly reconciliation of loan and interest with banks.
• Maintenance of up-to-date CLR report.
• Follow-up for uncleared cheques, unidentified deposit, uncleared payments.
• To maintain BG/ bond tracker, LC margin tracker etc. and timely follow-up on maturity.
• Inter-department co-ordination for collection and payments.
• Other jobs & responsibilities as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Job Specifications:

• Semi-qualified CA (ICAI/ ICAN) having experience of more than 2 years after completion of article ship period or MBA/MBS with 5 years of experience in related field.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting policies/ practices.
• Knowledge of IFRS/ NFRS/ Taxation will be an added advantage.
• Outstanding analytical and time management skills.
