Job Description
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies aimed at meeting sales targets and expanding market presence within the cement sector.
- Aid in the identification and cultivation of potential clients and pivotal accounts, actively fostering and nurturing strong professional relationships with them.
- Assist the sales manager in the preparation and delivery of sales pitches, proposals, and contractual agreements to clients.
- Provide Guidance and Support to the sales team including training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
- Provide ongoing assistance to the sales team by coordinating their activities, managing schedules, and facilitating effective communication channels within the department.
- Contribute to the development and execution of promotional initiatives, pricing structures, and product positioning strategies to optimize sales revenue.
- Liaise with various departments, including marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations and prompt delivery of products to clientele.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance indicators, generate regular reports, and offer actionable insights to management to inform decision-making processes.
- Support the implementation of training and development initiatives for sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service proficiency.
- Remain abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory guidelines to adeptly adjust sales approaches and strategies as required.
Job Requirements
- Must have a two wheeler with a valid driving license
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 4 or more years of experience in Sales (Cement or Steels Industry).
- Experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams
- Proven ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
