Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Supervisor in organizing, planning, and executing various projects within the organization.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
- Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Coordinate communication with schools, including scheduling teacher training sessions and workshops.
- Conduct teacher training sessions at schools, providing guidance and support to teachers.
- Provide guidance and support to students, including academic, career, and personal development counseling.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools to promote training programs and services.
- Act as a primary point of contact for schools, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Assist in coordina7ng project activities and deliverables, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct research and gather data relevant to project initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining project documentation, records, and files.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, education, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Preferred: Teaching quality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the role, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Regular Field visit is necessary. Hence, candidates having two-wheeler with valid driving license are preferred.
