Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in education and child protection.
• Knowledge of current education and child protection policy and practices of Government of Nepal.
• Previous experience in project planning collaborating with donor organizations, local government, schools, child clubs and other stakeholders in the project area, and project implementation
• Good understanding on child protection and school education programs
• Proficiency in MS Office, and the Internet
• Good communication, team mobilization, leadership & Reporting skill both in English & Nepali.
• Two-wheeler driving license.
