Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and industry trends
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Generate leads for Systematic Investment Plans
• Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
• Co-ordinate with marketing vendor in developing online marketing content
• Collaborate with others to align marketing activities with overall business objectives.
• Co-ordinate with the distribution centers of the scheme
• Assist in the organizing of promotional campaigns (traditional or digital) and attend them to facilitate their success
• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by line manager.

Expected Skills/ Experience/Knowledge:

• Strong verbal/written communication skills with public relation abilities.
• Sound skills in MS applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English & Nepali.
• Team player, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook.
• Ability to perform tasks independently with little supervision.
• To update with the prevailing laws, bylaws, directives and keep track of regulatory amendments.
• Ability to accomplish assigned tasks by line manager.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Mgmt. with min. first division or CGPA 3.25 on a scale of 4 from recognized university.
• Candidates having experience in capital market will be preferred.
• Age should not exceed 30 years as on August 26, 2023.
