- Lead the employee selection process, encompassing candidate sourcing, interviews, and salary negotiations, while precisely defining job roles and responsibilities.
- Crafting and issuing comprehensive offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and service certificates, ensuring smooth onboarding experiences.
- Arranging new employee onboarding, essential formalities, and compliance
- Manage advanced HR software solutions, ensuring meticulous database management
- Manage payroll details, including attendance tracking, leave management, salary disbursements, and advance processing
- Employee Recognition
- Handle statutory activities like PF submissions, TDS calculations, and collaborating closely with the Accounts department for general employee and consultant management.
- Oversee Corporate Social Responsibility activities
- Facilitate training and development programs across all departments, facilitating ongoing skill enhancement and knowledge enrichment.
- Performance Management
- Actively engage with employees to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement of the work environment.
