Job Description
- Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
- Having working knowledge of Accounting software and Microsoft excel and word.
- Sorting financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts
- Maintain and check petty cash & reconcile it.
- Processing business expenses
- Verifying balances in account books
- Verifying bank deposits
- Managing day-to-day transactions
- Should have basic idea about Vat, Tax, Tally and Billing Procedure
- Prepare management report as required by the management.
- Ensure day to day activites related to account.
Job Specification
- BBA or BBs passed or running in the final year
- Good Skills with Microsoft Office & Accounting software, Strong Book-keeping Skills.
- BBA/BBS passed or equivalent
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Good organisational and time management skills
- inExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
