- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of sales teams within the designated area, ensuring optimal productivity and performance.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing dealers and distributors.
- Identify and onboard new dealers and distributors to expand market penetration.
- Provide dealers and distributors with the necessary tools, products, and training to enhance their sales capabilities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies as needed to maintain competitive edge.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights into sales performance and market opportunities.
- Conduct regular meetings with sales teams and partners to discuss performance, resolve issues, and motivate team members.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations within the sales operations.
Job Specification
- Prior experience of looking after channel of products such as Home Appliances, Small Home appliances and home electronics.
- Proper sales skills and knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
- Outstanding negotiation skills.
- Must have a smart, dynamic and pleasing personality.
- Good reporting and computer skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with full dedication and efficiency.
