Job Description:
- Manage and ensure office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and always ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies, place order or purchase as required
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Handles employee, client and vendor issues by responding to their inquiries and requests.
- Arrange travel and accommodations
- Schedule in-house and external events
- Assisting the HR department with job postings and interviews, onboarding and setup
- Operating office equipment, printers, machinery, and handle technical error in these equipment
- Operate computer systems and network infrastructure to ensure proper functioning and performance.
- Oversees and controls computer-related equipment time to time.
- Maintain logistic and stock of every hardware, equipment, network infrastructure, etc and keep precise records of system performance and maintenance activities.
- Research, bring quotation and proceed the purchase process for any equipment required by tallying the budget.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on computer systems and related equipment, such as backing up data, installing updates, system checks and upgrades.
- Ensures that the equipment is operating by carrying out the necessary preventative maintenance tasks, performing tests, and adhering to manufacturer's guidelines.
- Identify and fix problems when they occur with computer systems and related equipment through troubleshooting.
- Maintains neat, orderly equipment area.
- Perform specified tasks and other related duties as assigned by management.
