We are looking for a dedicated and organized Admin Officer to join our hydropower construction company. As the Admin Officer, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to the management team and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's administrative functions. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including office management, document control, procurement support, and general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a well-organized and productive work environment.
- Document Control: Manage and maintain company documents, contracts, and records, ensuring proper filing, storage, and confidentiality.
- Procurement Support: Assist with procurement activities, including obtaining quotations, preparing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers.
- Correspondence Handling: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls, directing them to the appropriate individuals and responding when necessary.
