Job Description:

  • Sound Knowledge of E-correspondence in a most professional way and ensuring to provide immediate query support to clients/customers through emails & telephone calls  
  • Responsible for providing complete administrative support to our national and international wings by maintaining and bridging communication relationships between international clients and organizations. 
  • Maintaining client schedules, teaching/training program, booking, accommodation and interview, recruitment & selection drives   
  • Upon the receipt of new demand need to share the same to the training departments
  • Responsible to maintain Visa received records and to share that further to all the concerns
  • Responsible to maintain complaint logs and to forward that to the respective clients after complete verification
  • Ensuring full circle of recruitment, training & deployment process of selected security guards by coordinating with other departments
  • Performs all relevant administrative & accounts/financial works and keeps records properly
  • Responsible for raising invoices to clients
  • Maintaining monthly deployment, repatriation and visa expiry report
  • Maintaining recruitment, medical, deployment, repatriation and visa expiry report.
  • Must be able to use/operate standard office equipment, such as modern phone systems, copy/scan, internet & email etc.
  • Proven experience of being able to handle multiple tasks at the same time under pressure.
  • Notable organizational skills and the ability to provide organization and structure that others can follow.
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable working independently when needed (even extra hour/holidays), or as part of a team.
  • Creating & presenting reports and memos for clients, managers and management as needed.
  • Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces
  • Attend meetings and record notes and messages for clients, managers and management.
  • Responsible for office clerical duties and to maintain office correspondence.
  • Liable to draft documents, filing and data entry, compiling documents and sharing as per instruction. Check the documents in detail for accuracy and authenticity.
  • Have proper coordination with documentation team, recruitment team, medical team, training team and branch team to complete the projects in timely manner. 
  • Be responsible for proper storage of the documents, cataloging and retrieving as required.
  • Be responsible for the document’s security, for assigning access and for removing and destroying obsolete documents.
  • Should be professionally Disciplined, SMART, Charming/Good Looking personality, Pro-active and physically & mentally Fit for duty.
  • Performs all other duties & task as instructed by management or superiors.
