Roles and Responsibilities:
- Policy and Compliance Monitoring & Execution related to HR & Compliance
- Ensure Policy and Compliance Monitoring & Execution
- Lead Human Resources by the policies and procedures
- Manage the life cycle of recruitment from boarding to offboarding
- Ensure policy and procedure compliance with local labor laws by conducting regular audits and keeping updated on local labor laws and HR best practices
- Organization Training and Development
- Mediate and resolve employee conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary issues by established procedures and legal guidelines
- Performance Management; Support the implementation of performance management processes, including setting objectives, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback
- Data Privacy and Security; Oversee the collection, storage, and management of employee data in compliance with data protection regulations
- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement through effective communication and conflict resolution
- Promote a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Ethics and Integrity: Uphold the highest standards of ethical behavior and integrity while dealing with sensitive HR and compliance matters
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with changes in labor laws, regulations, and industry trends to adapt HR and compliance strategies accordingly
- Recommend process improvements to enhance overall HR operations and compliance.
