Job Description
- Manage office operations including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling general inquiries.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis as needed.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
- Manage social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and responding to comments and messages.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics using Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns to reach target audiences and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize digital content (e.g., blog posts, videos, infographics) for various platforms.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visuals across all online channels.
- Monitor online reviews and respond to customer feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and make recommendations for improvement.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing efforts and provide regular reports to management.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
