Job Description

  • Have in contact with Customer Service and Co-Ordination accordingly to company
  • Managing back office activities and office administration
  • Identify the true nature of problems, and provide accurate and timely responses
  • Others duties as required
  • Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
  • Greeting and welcoming desks as they approach the front desk
  • Answering questions and addressing complaints
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc
  • Check, sort and forward emails.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's completed in a related field. (BBA/BBS)
  • One year of experience as a Front desk cum admin officer.
  • Good knowledge of MS word, excel & PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of TAX /VAT
  • Basic knowledge of Accounting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good time management skills.
