Job Description:

  • Answering customer calls, reviewing emails, sorting mail, filing and performing data entry
  • Entering the customer order in system and communicating with other office members
  • Billing the sales order and scheduling the dispatch
  • Arranging the schedule of delivery of goods both inside and outside Kathmandu valley
  • Co-ordinating with Delivery personnel for scheduling the delivery
  • Maintaining Proper record of sales data
  • Provide exemplary customer service to all clients
  • Participate in the creation and implementation of new work procedures and forms as required.
