Admin & Finance Officer

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative and finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office suite and excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in finance and administration.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative tasks, including maintaining records, managing correspondence, and organizing office operations.
  • Assist in financial management activities such as budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Prepare financial reports and statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Process payroll and maintain employee records.
  • Support the finance team with accounts payable/receivable tasks.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for purchasing and invoicing.
  • Assist in financial analysis and forecasting and maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
