Job Description:
- The job comprises of the following responsibilities
- Maintain all accounting ledgers
- Create weekly, monthly, and annual income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement
- Maintain credit ledgers
- Contact customers for credit payment
- Vendor, suppliers, and manufacturer communication and ledger maintenance
- Integrate manual account practices to an online software based system
- Reconciling and auditing ledger entries against bank statement and financial statements
- Assist in administrative aspects and other formal duties.
